“After obtaining my degree I went to work for General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas. Four years later hired into E systems in Garland, Texas, to go to Australia to work at the Joint Defense Space Research Facility. After three years in Australia, I came back to Garland to work a new program called Defense Communication Electronic Evaluation and Test Facility. After the design and build of the system I went on the delivery to Springfield, VA, for two years to check out the system and get it into a working envi-ronment. I returned to E Systems then to develop and deliver many systems to the government in the D.C. area. In 1996 I was asked to move to the D.C. area and take a job at the facility where we had made all the deliveries. I stayed there for six years and retired from E Systems with 34 years of service. The Monday after I retired I went to work for Northrop Grumman TASC in Chantilly, VA. I am there at the present time looking to retire again soon and move back to Texas where all Pat and my family reside. We have six married children and 11 grandchildren. One of our grandsons is in the Marines and ready to defend the USA in the Gulf.”
