“40 years!! Time flies when you’re having fun. I’m still married to the same man for 36 years; still living in the same house for 33 years. I have 3 grown kids, all married (Thank you, God) and have 2 wonderful grandkids. I have had a very blessed life. I worked for Abbott Lab for 5 years and then I had a beauty shoppe in my home for 17 years. From there went to work for a jewelry company for 10 years as the diamond buyer. I now work as a Staffing Specialist for Manpower. I run the background check for everyone we place at Abbott. This job is a very rewarding experience when we are able to find work for someone who needs it. I meet many wonderful people, some of them are old friends from high school.
